Invictus –
Man over the last year there hasn’t been too many films that really got me excited cept for a few foreign films.
I remember the world cup when SA took out Australia in the group stages in 95. It was a painful moment but this is the story behind SA taking out the World Cup. I guess there was a deeper story behind SA’s campaign to which at the time I was oblivious to. Here’s the story behind their campaign.
Looking forward to the film!
Oh yeah by World Cup I mean Rugby Union World Cup.
Dinobots:
This shit cracks me up all the time!
Enjoy.

Paying attention – Just Do It!
I’m in these computer labs, meant to be working on some assignments. But all I can really think about is scratching some records. I wish I could pay more attention. Maybe the long neck I have with me and the beers consumed prior to me hitting the labs may influence my actions. Anyways here’s Rob Swift dropping some knowledge.
Pay Attention! Just Do it…
Getting up to get down – Sydney
So I was meant to head up to Sydney over the weekend for Rush’s farewell. Got to Sydney and decided to hit up Revolve to go digging for beats.
After spending waay too much time and waay too much cash on vinyl when I should be saving up for my overseas trip in Nov I decided to head off to Gelebe. I had a few hours to kill before Rush’s party so I decided to surprise PeeJ at his pub. Rocked in and started to get my drink on. After waay too many drinks there we decided to hit up the “Different Drummer” which is probably one of my fav bars in Sydney. Cheers for showing it to me Wakson ; )
Was chilling doing a few Gin and Tonics and ended up meeting some cool people so stayed there for a bit longer then expected. A bit longer being till close ha! By this time my vocab skills were lacking and my sense of direction was even more mediocre.
I headed off to the city to try and find this place where the party was meant to be at. I was trying to find it but was waay to wasted and even asking for basic directions from randoms was a bit challenging, mainly because most of them couldn’t understand the sentences which I was spurting out that consisted heavily of a lot of fvcks and random alcohol references.
Luckily I bumped into Red who said I was right outside the party and that he was heading too the Art Factory and that Rush had already passed out or somthing by this stage, so I decide to tag along with Red and things got even more loose.
Here are some happy snappies of a very loose, hectic but amusing weekend.

Miss the 90s –
God damn I miss the 90s. Air force 180s, Pippen Flights, rocking out to the basketball courts in Darling Harbor and switching on the TV and watching this…
Nike Air max 1 – Tinker Hatfield
The 87s revolutionised the sneaker industry. This is how they came about. I first saw this short doco a while back. Today I was just looking at my 87 HOAs and pulled out the insoles then Mr. Hatfield’s name just popped into my mind. Thought I’d share this vid…anyways this is the story behind the 87s.
