Pro Keds Royal:-
There was a point in time when Pro Keds ruled the streets. It was the sneaker of choice for OG B-Boys from the likes of Frosty Freeze (RIP).
2009 and JP gets a release of a two tone, suede Pro Keds Royal, in three different colour ways (I think). As usual they will have the white mid soles and I’m presuming they will stick to their gum soles as well.
Here check.

DJ Ruthless Ramsey:- The Mix Tape DJ
Here we have a DJ holding it down with a format that is practically obsolete to mankind.
This ish is amazing.
Assembly ::
So if you’re looking for a decent mid-week night out, the boys (Ravs, Dubdeckerbuss and the Crunch) were back at Knightsbridge putting on their monthly show: Assembly.
It’s always a chill night out with some fine tunes and last week just to add a lil flavour some local photographers were showcasing their work on the big screen.
No, we don’t have pics of their pics – that just aint right. Next time rock up and show some support. And grab yourself a cheap drink while you’re at it.
Details: One Wednesday a month so look out for the posters. Yes it’s free.

Ravs in action

No injury was going to keep this man away

sweet ride for a sweet night
Where the Wild Things Are -
This used to be a fav book of mine as a child.
Mainly because it had mad pictures of monsters. Now it’s getting released on film. Spike Jonez is the director…remember the guy that did Being John Malkovich? He is also the guy that owns “Girl Skateboards”. Yeah that guy.
Check the theatrical trailer. Im pumped!

Corinbank 2009
So the Corinbank 2009 festival kicked off on 27 Feb for three days of random entertainment, music, art and workshops. The festival was brought to you by the rat patrol. Who? Ever seen those weird looking dudes cruising the streets on even weirder looking bikes? That’s them.
To put it simply, it was three days of camping in the forest checking out art, gigs and chilling with an eclectic mix of people. So whether you’re into the likes of D’Opus and Roshambo, Resin Dogs or like my mum, want to chill out to the tunes of Archie Roach, there was something for everyone.
I believe the theme was avoiding symmetry. Check the pics – I don’t understand either.
